About the house
History of the house
At the top of its rock and surrounded by ramparts, St Paul de Vence is part of one of the most beautiful villages in Provence. The charm of its environment, its softness and its light have inspired many famous artists, writers, poets and painters, some of whom have permanently taken up residence there.
After buying this house dating from the 17th century in 2020, the owner called on a renowned architect to renovate it while keeping its traditional spirit.
The heart of the project was to keep a certain harmony of color within the house as well as round openings, emblematic of the architecture of the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Located at the height of the ramparts of the historic village, the Remparts de Vence offers proximity to many shops and art galleries as well as the former home of the famous poet Jacques Prévert.
